Our partnership

KPMG’s Audit and Assurance division is transforming its culture to one of learning and high performance. With varying success in building the new culture, M&P Partners was enlisted to reposition the change and help the People & Culture team encourage employees to take action. After gathering insights from across the workforce, we developed a new and simpler approach that encouraged all employees to ‘Be Extraordinary’. Storytelling, a refreshed look and feel, and clearer content were used to empower KPMG’s people to be high performers in how they work and what they achieve. We continue to support the KPMG People & Culture team.

Our work

  • Completed extensive research into employee attitudes about the culture change.
  • Developed a campaign and narrative to reposition the program.
  • Created campaign collateral, including narrative, video, launch materials and leader’s toolkit.
  • Developed interactive PDFs to introduce KMPG’s new performance management system to employees.
